CHICAGO — Three people were injured in a shooting Sunday in the city's Ashburn neighborhood, police said.
The three were hurt about 3 p.m. in the 3400 block of West Southwest Highway, said Officer Daniel O'Brien, a police spokesman.
A 22-year-old man was shot in the hand, a 24-year-old woman was shot in the arm, as was a 23-year-old man.
All were taken in good condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
Also Sunday afternoon, a 17-year-old boy was shot to death in University Village.
