Man Arrested 15 Minutes After Allegedly Robbing Two Men in West Pullman

CHICAGO — A Riverdale man was arrested after robbing two men at gunpoint while they were working at a West Pullman home Tuesday, police said.

Lester Jennings, 28, of the 13200 block of South Forrestville Avenue, was charged with two felony counts of armed robbery and a misdemeanor criminal trespass to a residence.

At 5:45 p.m., Jennings robbed two men, ages 22 and 23, working at a home in the 11500 block of South La Salle Street, police said.

After he demanded cash from the two, Jennings was arrested 15 minutes later when he was found in a nearby home.
