CHICAGO — A Pilsen man is accused of torturing rodents in two videos he posted on YouTube, police said.
In the videos, Michael Semens, 24, of the 2100 block of West 22nd Place, attacked a mouse with a stun gun, cut off a part of a live rat's tail and cut the ears off of another mouse.
Semens was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Friday at his home after police received reports of the video.
Police recovered Semens' cell phone and a stun gun from his girlfriend's purse.
