CHICAGO — A 17-year-old boy was wounded in a East Garfield Park shooting Friday afternoon, police said.

The boy was shot in the arm around 3:10 p.m. in the 500 block of South Washtenaw Avenue, police said.

He was taken in good condition to Stroger Hospital. No one is in custody and Area North detectives are investigating.
