Teen Hospitalized After Hit-And-Run

WEST GARFIELD PARK — A 13-year-old boy was hospitalized Monday night after he was injured in a hit-and-run incident on the city's West Side.

About 7 p.m. Monday, the boy was struck by a car traveling southbound in the 300 block of South Pulaski Road. The car drove off, police said.

The teen was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries, police said.
