Things to Do in Lincoln Park and Old Town Thursday

CHICAGO — See MTV's Carly Aquilino and Chris Distefano, attend a cooking class, check out one of two music fests happening or catch a performance from comedian Andy Woodhull Thursday night.

Cooking class

Playing with Fire by Prasino at Whole Foods, 1550 N. Kingsbury St., 7-8 p.m.

Whole Foods teams up with restaurant Prasino for this cocktail class, in which you can learn how to (safely) make drinks that are spicy, served hot or lit aflame. The class is $15, and seats may be reserved online.

Music

Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival: Evergreen Grass Band at Tonic Room, 2447 N. Halsted St., 8 p.m.

Evergreen Grass Band, Majors Junction and The Grasstronauts perform during the Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival. Tickets, for those 21 and older, are $10.

Tomorrow Never Knows 2014: Oneohtrix Point Never and Tim Hecker at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N. Lincoln Ave., 9 p.m.

Electronic artists Oneohtrix Point Never and Tim Hecker perform along with Circuit des Yeux and Soleman as part of this year's Tomorrow Never Knows festival. Tickets are $15 and restricted to those 18 and older.

Comedy

Andy Woodhull at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 7:30 p.m.

The Elkhart, Ind., native, who has been seen on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham," performs at Zanies through Saturday. Tickets are $25, plus two minimum orders of food or drinks.

MTV's "Girl Code"/"Guy Code" at Zanies, 1548 N. Wells St., 9:30 p.m.

Comedians Carly Aquilino and Chris Distefano, who star in MTV's "Girl Code" and "Guy Code," respectively, are at Zanies Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Tickets are $25, plus the venue's two minimum orders of refreshments.
