CHICAGO — A mail delivery truck struck a woman outside City Hall Friday afternoon, authorities said.
The victim was struck by the truck around 4:25 p.m. near Washington and LaSalle streets. She was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in an unknown condition, said Officer Janel Sedovic, a police spokeswoman.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the woman was in critical condition after the incident.
