Things to Do in Lincoln Park and Old Town Wednesday

CHICAGO — It might actually be warm enough to go outside Wednesday, if briefly. Here are a few ideas for what to head to in Lincoln Park:

Trivia

Trivia Night at Crossroads Public House, 2630 N. Clark St., 8 p.m.

The bar's trivia night plans to give out more than $150 in prizes. Participants are free to create a team before they head over, or create one on the spot. Drink specials include $2 Miller High Life pints, $3 Fireball shots, $3 whiskey cocktails, $3.75 Goose Island Ten Hills pints, $10 Long Island Iced Tea pitchers and $20 supertubes of Bud Light.

Trivia Night at Burwood Tap, 724 W. Wrightwood Ave, 9 p.m.

The bar's advertised specials for trivia night include $3 domestic drafts and $3 house drinks. There's also a free buffet at 8:30 p.m.

Improv shows

Improv All-Stars at UP Comedy Club, 230 W. North Ave., 8 p.m.

This 60-minute show features improv from performers under the direction of Annoyance Theatre founder Mick Napier. Tickets are $22.

Hump Night at Apollo Theater, 2540 N. Lincoln Ave., 9 p.m.

Under the Gun Theater presents a variety and improv show hosted by Will Meinen. The first half typically includes storytellers, sketch groups and musical acts, while the second half of the show features improv. Tickets are $10.
