CHICAGO — Cops are looking for two men who tried to lure a 10-year-old girl into a van in Austin.

The incident occurred about 3:50 p.m. Tuesday in Austin when the girl was walking the 5200 block of West Van Buren Street, according to a community alert issued by police.

As the girl walked by a green-and-white van that was parked in an alley and had the word "Tacos" written on the side, a passenger in the van asked her, "Do you want to come in the van and eat lots and lots of ice cream?"

After saying no, the girl walked on and the man asked her the same question. The driver then told her "don't make this a problem" before she got away safely.

The man who called out to the girl is described as a Hispanic man, 33 to 36 years old. He has reddish brown hair, a mustache and three tear drops tattooed below his eye. He was wearing a long-sleeve white polo shirt at the time of the incident.

The driver is described as a Hispanic man, 35 to 45 years old. He has dark hair and was wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt.
