CHICAGO — Police alerted Ukrainian Village residents to a series of burglaries that occurred in the neighborhood on Friday and Saturday.
In each of the incidents, burglars entered storage areas of apartments in multi-unit buildings and stole property.
Three of the incidents occurred in the 2000 block of West Superior Street during daytime hours Friday.
Another occurred during the day or evening Friday in the 900 block of North Damen Avenue.
During the day Saturday, another burglary occurred in the 1900 block of West Erie Street.
