CHICAGO — Two Cicero men and a juvenile are accused of kidnapping a man for ransom and then killing him in Avondale in November, authorities said.

Reynaldo Ocampo, 21, Joseph Saleski, 25, and a juvenile boy were each charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated kidnapping for ransom.

Ocampo is from the 5000 Block of West 30th St. in Cicero, while Saleski is from the 1900 block of South 48th Street, cops said.

They were arrested after an investigation revealed they were the ones who kidnapped and later murdered a 39-year-old man in the 3100 block of North Central Park Avenue on Nov. 6, according to a statement from police.

Rodolfo Hernandez-Bey died of strangulation and was found "burned beyond recognition," according to the Tribune.

The three were expected to appear in bond court on Wednesday.
