CHICAGO — A man robbed a Citibank in The Loop Wednesday morning, FBI officials said.

The incident occurred between 10 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. at 180 N. Michigan Ave. when a man handed a note to a bank teller demanding money, according to FBI spokeswoman Joan Hyde.

The man got away with an undisclosed amount of money and there were no injuries. No weapon was shown during the heist, Hyde said.

The suspect is described as being an 5-foot-10 or 5-foot-11 black man who is in his late 30s or early 40s. He was wearing aviator sunglasses, a baseball cap, a black puffy coat and dark pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at (312) 421-6700.
