The condo was built in 2002 and most recently sold for $500,000 in February 2011, according to real estate website Zillow. Before that, the home was sold at foreclosure auction in December 2010, according to public records listed in the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.
It was listed at its current price on Oct. 8.
