CHICAGO — Those wanting to live inside a Victorian-era city landmark can now opt for a renovated McCormick Row House in Lincoln Park recently listed for $1.15 million.
The landmarked home at 919 W. Fullerton Ave., which has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, was built circa 1890 and has since been updated, according to its listing on Dream Town Realty.
Highlights of the 5,000-square-foot house include two fireplaces, a new kitchen with a vent hood, a double living room, hardwood floors and a deck that leads to a patio and garden.
The home was most recently sold in June 2010 for $960,000, according to real estate website Zillow. According to Zillow, the home went on the market again in June of this year for $1,375,000 before the asking price was slashed.
