CHICAGO — A man found dead inside his apartment in West Pullman Friday morning is believed to have committed suicide, officials said.
The 24-year-old was found with a gunshot wound to his head at 10:10 a.m. in the 200 block of East 121st Place, police said.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
