CHICAGO — The University of Chicago will open a business incubator in Hyde Park in 2014, according to the mayor's office.
The Chicago Innovation Exchange, to be located at 53rd Street and Harper Court, will provide start-ups with space, collaboration opportunities and access to a $20 million investment fund that will be set up by the university.
Lemont-based Argonne National Laboratory will house the business offices for its battery and energy storage program at the facility.
