WICKER PARK— A new apartment building at a busy intersection in Wicker Park has become a point of controversy among neighbors.
Depending on who you talk to, the 11-story building — which stands at the corner of Ashland and Division Streets — is "ugly" and an "eyesore" or "progressive" and "modern."
