CHICAGO — Police are looking for a man who tried to videotape up a woman's dress as she shopped at a Jefferson Park store.

About 11:30 a.m. July 20, the woman was shopping in a store in the 6400 block of West Irving Park Road when she noticed a man kneeling down next to her and placing a cellphone camera underneath her dress.

The man is described as a Latino in his early 30s, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-11, and weighing about 150 pounds. He has brown eyes, an olive complexion and dark hair styled in a buzz cut.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at 312-744-8200.
