Man Wounded in Woodlawn Shooting

CHICAGO — A 23-year-old man was shot in Woodlawn early Tuesday, police said.

About 1:50 a.m., the man walked into the University of Chicago Medical Center after being shot, said Officer Amina Greer, a police spokeswoman.

The man said he had been shot in his arm in the 6300 block of South Rhodes Avenue, Greer said.

He was in good condition as of Tuesday morning.
