CHICAGO — A 20-year-old man was shot in his arm in Greater Grand Crossing early Monday, police said.

The man had been walking in the 7400 block of South Princeton Avenue about 3:35 a.m. when he heard shots and realized he'd been hit, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police Department spokesman.

The victim was treated at Stroger Hospital. No one was in custody Monday morning.
