CHICAGO — A man was in critical condition after a fire broke out on the Northwest Side early Wednesday.
The blaze started in the 5900 block of West Grace Street in Portage Park about midnight, Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford said.
The 33-year-old man was found unresponsive and revived by fire department paramedics, Langford said. He was taken to Weiss Memorial Hospital in critical condition, the fire department said.
