LINCOLN SQUARE — There's a silver lining to last weekend's cool and soggy weather: Maifest has leftover food, and it's for sale.

DANK Haus has pounds of precooked, vacuum-sealed and frozen Schmeisser's sausage to unload, along with gallons of Dusseldorf mustard.

Relive the fest all over again — whether you want to strap on the lederhosen at home is entirely up to you — with 5-pound packages of: bratwurst, $20; presliced Leberkäse (like meatloaf, only with pork), $25; and Landjäger (semidried, smoked sausage), $35.

Even Costco would be hard pressed to match six bucks for a gallon of mustard.

Curiously, no beer seems to have gone to waste. Your DIY Maifest will have to be strictly BYOB.

Send your order via email to dankhausdevelopment@gmail.com. Sales are cash and carry only.
