CHICAGO — Police have released an image of a man suspected of molesting a 6-year-old girl in the Mayfair area of Albany Park.
The girl was shopping with her father at Village Discount Outlet, 4635 N. Elston Ave., on May 27 when the man, described as white or white Hispanic, allegedly fondled her, police said.
Authorities said the child screamed and told her father, who chased after the man. The man escaped.
According to police, the suspect is about 30 to 40 years old, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8, weighs 165 to 180 pounds and has dark, short hair.
