CHICAGO — Several injured people were pulled from a Dodge minivan after it rolled over in South Shore Friday afternoon, officials said.

The minivan, carrying four passengers ages 15 to 60, was headed east on East 69th Steet toward South Stoney Island Avenue about 1:41 p.m, police said.

As the van blew a red light, a Nissan Infiniti going south on Stoney Island slammed into it in the intersection, police said.

The van rolled over, and at least some of the passengers were pinned inside, police said.

Three people were taken to Comer Children's Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Stroger Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries, fire officials said.

The driver of the Infiniti, the only person in that car, refused medical attention on the scene, police said.
