CHICAGO — Three teenagers were stabbed Thursday night by a group who smashed the windows of their car after it stalled in a Belmont Cragin alley, police said.
The incident occurred about 7:15 p.m. in the 2100 block of North Naragansett Avenue, where authorities said they found the three boys stabbed.
Two 17-year-old boys were taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood in serious condition, police said. One was stabbed multiple times in his body, while another was pierced in his side.
A 15-year-old by was taken to Our Lady of the Resurrection Hospital, but refused treatment for a wound on his hand.
Police said about three to five men had approached the vehicle when the attack occurred.
