CHICAGO — Two people were hurt after a motorcycle crashed into a parked police car on the Southwest Side early Sunday, cops said.
The 40-year-old male driver and a 22-year-old female passenger were injured after their motorcycle slammed into a squad car parked in the 7100 block of South Western Avenue in Marquette Park, said Officer John Mirabelli, a police spokesman.
The driver and passenger were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in "stable" condition, Mirabelli said.
No officers were injured, according to Mirabelli.
No charges have been filed, but police suspect that alcohol was involved in the crash.
