Red Line Trains Rerouted Because of Minor Trash Fire at State/Lake

CHICAGO — CTA Red Line trains were rerouted Monday afternoon due to a small trash fire at the State/Lake station, according to the transit agency and the Chicago Fire Department.

All Red Line trains were rerouted onto above-ground tracks between the Fullerton and Cermak-Chinatown stations, the CTA said.
