Police Warn of Spike in Robberies on South Side

CHICAGO — Police are warning Grand Crossing residents of a spike in burglaries during March, officials said.

Burglars break in through doors and windows, according to a community alert.

The burglaries have occurred between the blocks of Crandon Avenue to South Shore Drive and 73rd and 75th streets.

Police ask anyone with information to call 312-747-8380.
