CHICAGO — Police are seeking the public's help in finding a pair of thieves on the South Side.
A burgundy and gray conversion van has been seen leaving several locations where thefts occurred in February, according to a community alert.
The van has an Illinois handicap license plate with a partial number of 269, police said.
