CHICAGO — Chicago actor Vince Vaughn removed his multi-million dollar Gold Coast penthouse from the market, according to Redfin.com.
The $16.8 million condo at the Palmolive Building, 919 N. Michigan Ave., was removed from public listing Wednesday, according to Crain's, which first reported the story.
The 12,000-square-foot, five-bedroom condo has a screening room, billiards room, game room and Hugh Hefner's restored Playboy Office, according to the Huffington Post.
Crain's reports Vaughn, a Lake-Forest native and regular at Chicago sporting events, bought the condo for $12 million in 2006. He was asking $26.7 million for it in a private offering before publicly listing it at $18.4 million in 2012.
