CHICAGO — If you planned to fly out to the Northeast this weekend, sit tight.
Because of a snowstorm that could dump more than two feet of snow in that region, airlines have canceled hundreds of flights.
As of 10:30 a.m. Friday, Airlines have canceled more than 240 flights from O'Hare International Airport, mostly to the East Coast, according to the city's Department of Aviation.
More than 30 flights have been canceled from Midway International Airport, the department said.
