UPTOWN — Chicago Restaurant Week 2013 kicks off Feb. 1, meaning food lovers (and thrifty daters) can soon treat themselves to discounts at participating restaurants citywide.

Three Uptown spots are participating in the event, which ends Feb. 10.

Patrons at the popular Demera Ethiopian Restaurant can pay $22 for lunch for two, $33 for dinner for two or $44 for dinner for two plus a bottle of wine.

For $33, at award-winning restaurant Ceres' Table, which offers American cuisine with Sicilian influences, customers can order an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Southport and Irving cafe has a similar deal.

In Andersonville, French restaurant Brasserie 54 is also offering three-course meals for $33.

Visit the Restaurant Week website for menus and a complete list of participating establishments.
