CHICAGO — A head-on collision resulted in the death of two people early Sunday morning in Mt. Greenwood on the Far South Side, police said.
The crash occurred at about 2:20 a.m. when a vehicle carrying at least three passengers crossed the center line before colliding with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, according to authorities.
The incident occurred on the 3400 block of West 115th Street.
Killed in the accident were Sean Larmon, 36, of the of 10800 block of South Whipple Street, and Demetrius Caples, 28, of the 9200 block of S. Vanderpoel Ave.
Another individual was taken to a local hospital and listed in serious condition.
