CHICAGO — An 18-year-old was shot in the neck in Calumet Heights Thursday, officials said.
The man was shot about 4:30 p.m. in the 8900 block of South Phillips Avenue, police said.
He was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, according to police.
