LAWNDALE — A Lawndale man was fatally stabbed early Saturday just blocks from his home.
Marlon L. Vaughn, 33, was stabbed multiple times in the 1200 block of South Sawyer Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Police said they found the victim just before 1 a.m., but had no further details.
Vaughn, of the 3400 block of West Douglas Boulevard, was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
