BURNSIDE — A decomposed body, believed to be that of a black female, was found Tuesday underneath some tires in a Burnside yard.
The body was discovered at about 10 a.m. Tuesday by utility workers on the 9100 block of South Harper Avenue, according to police, who said the case is under investigation.
An autopsy is slated for later Wednesday.
