MANHATTAN — A man was injured after getting his arm caught in a machine at a butcher shop in East Harlem Friday afternoon, authorities said.
The victim got his arm stuck in the machine at the Costco store at 517 E. 117th St., near Pleasant Avenue, about 1:48 p.m., the FDNY said.
The man, wearing a butcher's coat, left the store on foot with an apparent injury to his right forearm.
He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, officials added.
A manager at the Costco declined to comment on the incident.
