A black sedan struck the woman on 125th Street and then fled, according to the NYPD. 

The man lured the 9-year-old boy into his vehicle on 18th Avenue near 49th Street, police said. 

Ahmad Khan Rahami is the only suspect that investigators were looking for in connection to the bombing.
