The city's first plan to open a shelter inside a Maspeth hotel was tabled last fall after mass protests.

Hank Freid has pulled his application for a swanky rooftop lounge to top the Holiday Inn.

“If Hillary wins the election, I will come back... and shoot you," the man said, according to police.

The city will still rent rooms to homeless adults at the Maspeth Holiday Inn Express, officials said. 

Neighbors of the hotel at 150 Delancey St. have launched a petition opposing the rooftop bar.

The Oct. 1 launch has been pushed back, but the site will still open later next month, officials said.
