An exhibition on display at The New School through April 17 explores the impact of technology and social media on the public and private realms. Video art and other pieces look at hacking, surveillance, personal boundaries and more will be on display. The show is on view at the Sheila C. Johnson Design Center at 66 Fifth Ave. at 13th Street from noon to 6 p.m. daily. The gallery is open until 8 p.m. on Thursdays.
