The Pacific Northwest Ballet will have its New York season preview at the Guggenheim on Sept. 9 and 10.

The company's principals, Maria Chapman, Carla Körbes, Seth Orza, and Lesley Rausch, and company dancers will perform excerpts from their upcoming City Center season and other works, including George Balanchine’s "Apollo," "Agon," "The Four Temperaments," and "Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux."

The Pacific Northwest Ballet's Artistic Director Peter Boal will share his perspective on dancing, and being coached in and staging "Apollo."

The event is part of the museum's performing arts series that champions new works, offers audiences unprecedented access to leading creators and performers, and hosts receptions for the audiences and artists.

Monday, Sept 10, 3 and 7:30 p.m.

Cost: $35, $30 members for 7:30 p.m. performances
