This weekend marks the 20th anniversary of the Outsider Art Fair, where "outsider" artists — creative types with no formal training, operating outside of the cultural and commercial mainsteam — will descend on Midtown's 7 W New York at 7 W. 34th St.
The festival features exhibits, panels and instructive talks from more well-known outsider artists.
The fair runs from Jan. 27 to Jan. 29. Admission is $20 per day or $35 for a two-day pass.
