Chinese master chefs from around the world will converge in Times Square on Sept. 27 and 28 for NTD Television’s Fifth Annual International Chinese Culinary Competition.

The event aims to revive traditional Chinese culinary techniques, present authentic Chinese cuisine and allow top chefs to compete for prizes that range from $1,000 to $10,000. The event is open to the public, and tastings will be available.
