Chef Natsuko Yamawaki leads this class, which covers how to make basic white miso and how to cook with miso.
The $35 class includes miso tastings, followed by a dinner made by the chef.
Yamawaki studied nutrition and Macrobiotic cuisine in Japan and the United States, and was the head dessert chef at Souen in downtown Manhattan.
