Let's Brisket: Deconstructing Jewish Culinary Mythology One Dish at a Time

"Let’s Brisket!," a panel discussion at the Center for Jewish History, will examine the history, current trends and recipes involving brisket. The panel discussion will be followed by a wine and brisket jerky reception, and attendees will receive a booklet of recipes from the panelists. Tickets for the event cost $15 for general admission.
