Family and friends of an Upper West Side real estate executive critically injured by a shopping cart tossed by 12-year-olds at an East Harlem mall were holding onto hope as she remained in the hospital.
Police say the two 12-year-old boys tossed a Target cart from the mall's upper levels and hit Marion Hedges, 47, a real estate agent from Prudential Douglas Elliman, while her young son looked on.
