The Committee to Honor Puerto Rican Women will host an awards ceremony celebrating International Working Women's Day and honoring the social justice contributions of the late East Harlem activist Carmen Villegas, along with Aura Olavarria and Sofia Quintero.

The ceremony at the Casabe Senior Houses at 150 East 121st Street will include live performances, artisans and vendors. Suggested donation is $10.
