The Village's business improvement district, the Village Alliance, is offering free 90-minute walking tours of the neighborhood every Saturday from June 2 through September 29, starting at 11:30 a.m. Licensed guides will meet participants on the northwest corner of Second Avenue and St. Marks Place, rain or shine. The walks will focus on the history, architecture and social life of the neighborhood.
