Community Board 3 is made up of local residents and business owners, and has an advisory role in dealing with land use and zoning matters, the city budget, municipal service delivery and other issues.

This meeting looks at issues and initiatives that deal with the area's parks, recreation, cultural affairs, landmarks and waterfront.
