The Landmarks Subcommittee of Community Board 3 looks at applications to modify buildings that are landmarked or that are in a historic district designated by the Landmarks Preservation Commission.

CB3 is a volunteer group of local residents and business owners that advise the City Council and Mayor on issues such as business licensing, zoning, budgets, transport and social services.
